SEO Intern, Native Spanish (Full Remote)
Context
We run SEO-driven websites in highly competitive and multilingual markets, with a long-term focus on organic growth and content performance. Our environment is entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and execution-focused, and AI is now at the core of how we produce.
SEO here is not a theoretical discipline. It is a practical lever applied daily on real sites competing on demanding keywords. To support this growth, we are looking for an SEO Intern (Native Spanish) with solid fundamentals who wants to apply and sharpen their skills in a real, competitive environment, and who uses AI thoughtfully to produce more and faster.
The Role
This internship is hands-on and execution-focused, with content production at its core. You will work primarily on SEO content in Spanish while applying SEO fundamentals and progressively learning how a site is optimized end to end.
You will use AI across your workflow to research, draft, rewrite, and optimize faster, but you stay the one who judges what is actually good enough to ship. This is not a beginner role: you are expected to already understand SEO basics and be able to apply them in practice, not just prompt a tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality SEO content in Spanish (guides, informational pages, reviews, comparisons).
- Apply SEO fundamentals: search intent, structure, headings, internal linking, on-page optimization.
- Follow detailed content briefs and SEO guidelines.
- Optimize existing content based on feedback, SERP analysis, and performance data.
- Publish, update, and format content in WordPress.
- Use AI tools (research, drafting, rewriting, optimization) to produce more and faster, with a critical eye on every output and strong human control.
- Collaborate closely with the SEO and content team.
Profile Required
We don't expect years of experience, but we do expect someone who genuinely understands SEO and has practiced it hands-on, not someone who only knows how to generate content with AI. AI skills are a real plus on top of solid fundamentals, never a replacement for them.
Must-Have
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent spelling and grammar.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (search intent, keywords, on-page basics, content structure).
- Previous exposure to SEO through studies, an internship, a personal website/blog, or a first professional experience.
- Strong writing skills and editorial rigor.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to understand why content ranks, or doesn't.
- Thoughtful use of AI to support your work, with the judgment to tell good output from bad.
- Ability to work autonomously while respecting guidelines and deadlines.
- Good working level of English (written and spoken) to communicate with the team.
Nice-to-Have
- First experience in a competitive SEO environment.
- Basic knowledge of internal linking strategies, content audits, and SEO tools (Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.).
- Interest in technical SEO or link building.
- Comfort with digital tools and CMS environments.
Personal Qualities
- A sharp eye for detail: you notice the small things others miss, and you don't let typos, sloppy formatting, or a broken layout slip through.
- You listen to feedback and put it into practice. We shouldn't need to make the same point twice.
- Genuine curiosity: you want to understand how SEO actually works, and you keep learning on your own.
- Reliable and well-organized: you manage your own tasks and respect deadlines without constant supervision.
- Team-oriented mindset in a remote, international environment.
Organization & Work Setup
- 100% remote.
- Based between Europe and Asia, with time zones compatible with the team.
- Full-time internship, 6 months (minimum).
- International team, entrepreneurial environment.
- Clear processes, close collaboration, and regular feedback.
Future Opportunities
For the right profile, this internship may lead to a long-term position.
Recruitment Process
- First interview (motivation, SEO fundamentals, writing approach).
- Practical writing & SEO test.
- Final discussion.
